Its a famous Singaporean dish consisting of fried cubes of radish cake.Main ingredient is white radish(commonly known as white carrot in Singapore).

Char Kway Teow

Char Kway Teow is a popular noodle dish in Singapore,Malaysia and Indonesia.Char Kway Teow is prepared by traditionally and commonly served on a piece of banana leaf on a plate.

  2. Wow Noble, just as well looking doesn’t put on weight, but not sure why I often feel hungry after visiting your Blog, the food looks great beats pie and peas but I was wondering besides fruit do they have desert like we do ?

    • Yes, definitely they use dessert foods………..My favorites are Kaya and Ketupat. Kaya is a coconut egg jam & Ketupat is a compressed rice cake.Most of the foods are prepared by eggs and butter.It has lots of cholesterol and calories!!!
